Tom has an “A” preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, has been named in Southwest Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers In America, and Best of the Bar for Family Law by New Mexico Business Weekly. Tom has lobbied and testified over 30 times regarding legislative enactments in family law and drafted significant enacted family law legislation. In addition, Tom has been qualified to be District Court Judge three times by the Second District Judicial Nominating Commission.

Gertrude Lee
Court of Appeals Position 2

Gertrude Lee is an attorney who is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and the Navajo Nation. Gertrude is from Kirtland, NM, and is a member of the Navajo Nation. She has dedicated her legal career of 12 years to public service as a criminal prosecutor.

Gertrude has served as a prosecutor in McKinley County and San Juan County, New Mexico, and served as the Chief Prosecutor of the Navajo Nation. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Creighton University in 2006 and her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2009.
