Biden Releases Radical Climate Proposal That Will Destroy Energy Jobs In Arizona and New Mexico

Posted On July 17, 2020

Gov. Lujan Grisham announced she would stump for Biden in Arizona today following the release of Biden’s radical climate plan that will destroy New Mexico and Arizona’s energy sectors. Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce and Republican Party of Arizona Chairwoman Kelli Ward released a joint statement:

“After more than 40 years of failure in Washington, Joe Biden has a track record of holding back the economy with tax increases and burdensome regulations. Now, Biden plans to destroy Arizona and New Mexico’s energy sectors with a disastrous $2 trillion climate plan that would eliminate oil, gas, and coal from the United States power grid by 2035, and in the process kill hundreds of thousands of good-paying energy jobs in both states. Joe Biden may appear to be the face of the Democrat Party, but Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and the far-Left are the beating heart.”
