Labor Day is an opportunity to honor workers across every profession — from small-business owners and tradespeople to teachers, health-care professionals, farmers, first responders, and everyone who gets up each day to contribute to New Mexico communities. Their work is the foundation of our economy and an essential part of what makes New Mexico such a special place to call home. As we are just 56 short days away from the most consequential midterm election in our state history, New Mexicans are feeling hope because Republicans are driving a message that is good for New Mexico, not a certain political agenda. Our message is empowering voters. At a time where outside money is trying to influence New Mexico politics, Republicans are sending the message: New Mexico is not for sale.
