ALBUQUERQUE, AUGUST 27—As the general election approaches, Democrats are pandering with Republican policies, that they have no intention of implementing, because they know they are losing voters to the Republican party. Kamala Harris is the latest as she shamelessly continues to plagiarize President Trump’s policies by now pledging to build the border wall, as reported by Axios.
Until now, Kamala Harris has consistently criticized the border wall, calling it a “stupid waste of money,” “un-American” and saying that she wouldn’t “vote for a border wall under any circumstances.”Additionally, the Biden/Harris administration halted the construction of the border wall as one of its first executive orders.
Kamala Harris isn’t the only Democrat who has started sounding like a Republican right before an election. New Mexico Representative Gabe Vasquez is also toning down his radical progressive stances and rebranding himself as a strong border security candidate in recent ads, to resemble his Republican challenger, Yvette Herrell.
Like Harris, Vasquez has a long history of criticizing the border wall, calling it “racist” and saying we should “tear what’s left of it down.” In addition to his statements, Vasquez has consistently voted against strong border security bills, particularly those that would close the border. He voted against the Laken Riley Act, which would hold the criminals who take advantage of the open border accountable, and took many pro-illegal immigration stances like refusing to condemn illegal immigrants voting in U.S. elections.
“Gabe Vasquez, like Kamala Harris, will pretend to embrace Republican policies before an election because he knows his own unpopular and radical open-border positions have put many New Mexicans in danger and made the second congressional district less safe,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. “Republican Yvette Herrell has remained unwavering in her commitment to securing the border, equipping border patrol, and prioritizing the safety of our border communities. Meanwhile, Gabe Vasquez’s weak positions on the border and every other issue seem to shift with the political winds.”

Steve Pearce is an antidemocratic, antiAmerican lair when he implies that immigrants are voting and this is responsible for Republican loses at the ballot box.
Trump’s big lie and weaklings like Steve Pearce repeating it has several damaged this country, and I am sick of it.

It’s time to stop talking about the border and move to real solutions. The wall is very expensive and ineffective solution. We need more border patrol, more immigration courts, immigration laws that make sense and technological solutions like electronic/drone monitoring of the border, we don’t need a stupid wall.
Democrats can address this issue better than Republicans because they are not obsessed with building an ineffective and expensive piece of infrastructure.
Imagine our leaders considering more than ONE solution to the complex problem at the border?
Republicans fixation on the WALL IS WEIRD. A 2500 mile long wall is as impractical as it was when Trump promised it in 2015 yet Republicans act like it’s the only solution.
Republicans are out of ideas on every issue, if we want government to actually function we need Democratic control of government.
Republicans are WRONG on the only issue that matters this election, Democracy in America.
There are only three kinds of Republicans:
Those that are to stupid to understand that Trump lost the 2020 election and is still lying about it.
Those that know Trump staged a coup in 2020 and approve.
And
Those that are voting for Harris.
Two parties can play the “plagiarism” game, Republicans should steal some of the Democrats ideas, like supporting American Democracy.
If Trump wasn’t lying in 2015 there should be a 2500 mile long wall standing at the border today. Trump had his shot to “fix” the border and build the wall and he lied and failed, sad.
Republican’s don’t have any real policies so how could the Democrats steal their ideas?
Also If Democrats are championing Republicans ideas why not compromise with them to get spit done?
