| Statement from Chairwoman Amy Barela on GOP Leadership meetings at Trump National Doral: This week at the RNC Summer Training has been an incredible experience filled with positivity, preparation, and momentum for the future of New Mexico and the Republican Party. I am proud to share that the data continues to lean our way, and New Mexico has met every benchmark we have been given; even receiving special recognition during the Western Region meeting for the progress we are making. While we cannot yet go into detail about everything currently being developed, I can say with confidence that exciting new training programs and initiatives will be rolled out in the near future. The RNC is extremely excited about partnering with us, including participating in our upcoming fundraiser (TBA) and future efforts to strengthen Republican success across our state. One of the most valuable parts of this week has been the opportunity to spend time with other state chairs from across the country. Being surrounded by leaders who share many of the same experiences creates a truly supportive environment. Everyone is willing to ask questions, offer guidance, and share ideas. They are also excited to see the direction New Mexico is moving as we continue building a stronger foundation for the midterm elections. From media training, data training, election integrity training, and so much more, we are preparing to build our county parties stronger than ever before. The work being done now will help position New Mexico Republicans for long-term success. I look forward to sharing more information with all of you very soon. But for now, our focus remains clear.
