Albuquerque, July 17 – The following is a statement from RPNM Chairman Steve Pearce on the helicopter crash near Las Vegas, NM that killed three members of the Bernalillo County Sheriff ‘s Office and a Bernalillo County firefighter:
“The Republican Party of New Mexico and I are deeply saddened at the news that three members of the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office and a County firefighter lost their lives in this tragic accident. The four were courageous individuals who were serving our community. Our thoughts and prayers go out to their families and friends during this difficult time.”
