Flag Day commemorates the adoption of the American flag in 1777, and we must always respect and defend the principles that are represented by the Stars and Stripes. Everyone should fly our flag proudly and remember what it means: a nation that promotes democracy, freedom and liberties that must be cherished. The American Flag is a source of pride for our nation.
