PETITION IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY IS LATEST FILED TO CALL FOR GRAND JURY TO DEMAND GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY
| Albuquerque, September 10—The Republican Party of New Mexico is pleased to learn that another citizen petition has been filed in a Judicial Court to address the Governor overstepping her authority in her COVID decrees. RPNM believes when government refuses to obey the law, citizens have the right and must speak out. The petition in Roosevelt County was filed in Ninth Judicial Court and calls for a grand jury to investigate Gov. Lujan Grisham for actions resulting in malfeasance of office and a violation of her oath of office. New Mexico is one of only six states where citizens have retained this right within their state Constitution. Similar petitions are underway now in 14 of New Mexico’s 33 counties. “This is not a revolution but a revelation—that New Mexico citizens have realized they must take it upon themselves now to defend themselves and their Constitutional rights when government breaks the law,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. “During the pandemic, the Governor exceeded her authority and abused her power. She illegally fined businesses, closed down schools, and wrongly stifled services at our houses of worship. She continually attacked the personal freedoms and rights of New Mexicans, and it’s encouraging that people are speaking out and seeking legal measures to challenge the Governor’s illegal actions.” |

The New Mexico election was stolen. If you watch videos online during the election our poles had just closed and the election for New Mexico was called for Biden seconds later. Funny how fast votes were counted. Nothing will be done about this, nor will it be believed or investigated. We are run by insane democrats and this is how we will remain until we fight back. MLG will do everything in her power to steal the next election for herself. Unless the Republicans stand up and put someone in there New Mexicans will feel it is worth voting for them.
since the election was stolen in Arizona and possibly 4 other states (or more), what is New Mexico doing to try and prevent this from happening here? I suspect stolen elections have already happened for sometime in NM. I cannot imagine that we always vote Blue here when more and more Latinos are seeing the light and also share many of the values of the Republicans. Trump was brash but he was and is the right person for these times. I hope that we will somehow see that Republicans are being forced to play hardball and those who are unwilling to be as bold as he is are not appealing to us voters any longer. Mr. nice guys will not work any longer. Between Reagan and Trump we had candidates that were too inferior to their Democrat challengers. Democrats are wrong on almost every issue, BUT they are bold enough to stand behind their unscrupulous policies. The voice of the frustrated conservative are crying to the Republicans “stand and Fight, Please for the sake of our lives and our grandchildren’s ! “
BRAVO!!! I also feel that our elections have been stolen, and someday the truth will be revealed. New Mexicans need to wake up to what is happening. Democrats ruin everything they touch. New Mexico is like a sinking ship, and I fear we will always be last in everything. If we don’t take a stand and fight, the Democrat ruling elite will continue destroying our state .
