| Albuquerque, July 29—The following is a statement from RPNM Chairman Steve Pearce on the Governor’s executive order today, requiring all state employees to be fully vaccinated or demonstrate a negative COVID test every two weeks. Those not fully vaccinated must wear masks, and state employees who fail to comply with this impulsive order may be terminated. “This is the latest example of Gov. Lujan Grisham overstepping her authority and having government make personal choices for its citizens. Now she is threatening to fire any state employee if they don’t comply with her executive order. Again, there is no rhyme or reason to her random decisions. The Governor has never had a logical or sensible plan to deal with the pandemic from day one, and this latest knee jerk reaction to deal with COVID is a slap in the face to hardworking state employees. No science, just politics. The Governor should be focused on what’s happening at our border as more and more people with COVID are crossing into New Mexico. Why do we not see the Rep/Conservative parties in New Mexico? Its time to start coming out and showing up for the people of New Mexico. Although, my life has been threatened several times for trying to point out flaws from inaction regarding the boarder; and the dictatorship actions from several blu state governors, My family and I value my safety and my life. Remember, I love life and do not intend to leave this life anytime soon.

What is the process to recall MLG? From my perspective she is abusing the power which was afforded her under the US Corporation, established in 1871, but isn’t the US Corp now bankrupt? If so, didn’t she technically lose that power when the US Corp went bankrupt? She needs to be recalled for taking away the citizen’s of New Mexico’s constitutional freedoms under the reinstituted constitutional Republic, and free and fair elections must be implemented in New Mexico by a just government by and for the people of New Mexico under the US Republic.
