REPORT A VOTING INCIDENT: 505-305-0763

News, Press Release|

President Trump files a federal election lawsuit in New Mexico charging the Secretary of State violated U.S. Constitution and State Law.

President Trump and his legal team today filed an election lawsuit in U.S. District Court in New Mexico, claiming the state broke the law when it allowed drop boxes to be a part of the voting process during the 2020 election.

The lawsuit against Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, the Electors of New Mexico and the Canvassing Board of New Mexico asserts that the Secretary of State violated federal and New Mexico law by deciding to use these drop-off boxes or “secured containers.”

The Republican Party of New Mexico worked with the President’s legal team leading to this legal action. RPNM has questioned the validity of votes and the outcome in the presidential races due to mail-in ballots issues and drop box infractions.

The U.S. Constitution states that legislatures shall decide election laws and the time, place and manner of federal elections. Secretary of State Toulouse allowed drop boxes to be used outside precinct boundaries without proper supervision. By law these “secured containers” were supposed to be monitored at all times and should have had video surveillance, but certain precincts failed to adhere to these rules. There’s no telling how many drop box votes are invalid.

The lawsuit wants the electors process stopped because of such violations during this absentee balloting process. The suit calls for drop box votes to be properly validated and counted.

The President’s legal team wants to invalidate the result of the election because of likely vote harvesting, ballots “dropped off” after hours, and the fact that multiple ballots were dumped into drop boxes at sites. These types of voting irregularities must be examined.

“The President’s lawsuit is valid and necessary. We have questioned these drop boxes and the entire election process where the Secretary of State seems to make up her own rules and allows violations to happen in this past election. To allow these actions to happen stains our election integrity and our very democracy.”

We must get to the bottom of election irregularities! It is our Constitutional right to be able to trust that our votes are true & legal! We must hold our elected officials (or are they?) to account!
