ALBUQUERQUE, AUGUST 28 — President Trump last night accepted the nomination for President as he addressed the country from the White House during the final night of the Republican National Convention.

Trump promoted his vast achievements over the past four years to make his case that he has kept his promises as President. He told the nation how he has created millions of jobs, lowered taxes, secured our borders, restored law and order, protected social security and Medicare, stood up to China and built up our military. He outlined a great vision for the future that will mean more job creation, soaring incomes and promised a slew of ambitious future achievements on the American home front.

Trump lashed out at Joe Biden, calling him “weak” and explained how his radical policies would destroy American jobs, kill the oil and gas industry, raise our taxes and collapse the economy. He told the nation this is the most important election in American history: voters are choosing between Republican principles and leftist radical policies.

Trump took time to acknowledge the COVID-19 battle, pledged to defeat the virus, and thanked all the health workers on those battle lines. He also paid tribute to the workers dealing with the crisis of Hurricane Laura.

“The President was impressive, very presidential and clearly made his case for a second term,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. “He continues to show that he puts America first. Thanks to the President, we have a strong economy, fair trade deals, a powerful military and secure borders. Trump’s vision is one of strength and greatness– and one that will truly advance our nation and protect our freedoms and our rights. He warned that a radical Biden administration would mean a socialist agenda that would destroy our way of life. We simply cannot tolerate this. President Trump will bring more jobs, prosperity and will continue to steer our nation on a course to greatness.”
