Republican Party of New Mexico Statement on Iowa Caucuses & New Hampshire Primary

Posted On February 12, 2020

“After Bernie Sanders’s strong showing in Iowa and his victory in New Hampshire, it appears the Democratic Party has turned to socialism as its norm. America will never accept this extreme position and neither will New Mexico. This socialist direction of the national Democratic Party does not coincide with the traditional values and views of New Mexicans.  On the contrary, the Republican Party values are strong, the Party is united and it stands firm behind President Trump. With his continued leadership and vision, America will keep carving a path of historic achievements and make our great nation stronger than ever.”
