Republican Party of New Mexico Releases Statement on Death of Nancy Reagan

Albuquerque, NM – Today, The Republican Party of New Mexico released the following statement on the death of former First Lady Nancy Reagan:

“We are saddened by the loss of Nancy Reagan, whose grace and class in office served as an example to first ladies for generations to come,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Debbie Maestas. “While she was first lady she made an impassioned case against drug abuse, and upon leaving the White House was a tireless advocate for Alzheimer’s research. Her voice will be dearly missed, and our prayers are with her family at this sorrowful time.”
