State Auditor Tim Keller Has Broken State Law

Albuquerque, NM– After finally receiving a response from the Auditor’s Office, it is clear that protocol was not followed by Tim Keller or his staff. The New Mexico Republican Party has sent a letter to the Attorney General asking him to weigh in.

“Tim Keller broke the law— plain and simple— and the Attorney General needs to hold him accountable.” said Pat Garrett, spokesman for the Republican Party of New Mexico.
