Republican Party of New Mexico Defends Congressman Steve Pearce Against Distortion of his Comments, Record

Albuquerque, NM – Today, the Republican Party of New Mexico released the following statement on the distortion of Congressman Steve Pearce’s comments by the Democrats and some media outlets:

“The Democrats and some in the media have completely distorted Congressman Pearce’s comments in an attempt to further their own agenda and bolster a false narrative,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Debbie Maestas. “Pearce’s record of defending the interests of military servicemen and their families is unimpeachable and any attempt to portray otherwise is unethical and dishonest.”
